Mickie created the Amethyst Original Ketubah in 2010. Her stunning watercolor skill is evident in this delicate image inspired by the opulence of amethyst. Amethyst is one of the twelve precious gems used in the breastplate of the high priest (Exodus 28:19 and 39:12). Unlike the offset lithograph, the Amethyst Original Ketubah does not have holographic foil – only the handcrafted rich and vibrant colors of the original watercolor illumination.
